Pro-lifer: Abortion is murder!
Me: Define murder.
Pro-lifer: The killing of a human person!
Me: Why is killing an animal not murder, though?
Pro-lifer: Because humans are special.
Me: Why are humans special?
Pro-lifer: Because they have language, high reasoning abilities, complex thoughts, and upright posture.
Me: Do fetuses possess those?
Pro-lifer: Erm, no.
Me: Then they aren't special. And unlike some animals, fetuses are not going extinct anytime soon.
